# Memeswap fee structure

Since Memenation is a community project, a decent portion of the fees generated by the MemeSWAP will be used to help the project grow. Here is a breakdown of the MemeSWAP fee structure : 

MemeSWAP will have a total of 0.8% swap fee that will be distributed as follow : 

* 30% of the collected fees will automatically buy & burn $MEMEN on a weekly basis
* *10% of the collected fees will go the Memenation marketing reserve that will help supporting the project in the long run*
* *10% of the collected fees will go the Memenation team*
* *50% of the collected fees will go the Team of developers that will continue developing and maintaining the contract on a daily basis*
